You are advised to include graduate schedule in your own Google Calendar as follows. By doing so, you will also be able to see the upcoming events on your mobile (More deadlines and events will appear soon when they are entered by the Graduate Coordinator)

  1. Visit https://www.google.com/calendar/
  2. Make sure that you are logged in with your google account
  3. Select OTHER CALENDARS in the left pane (see figure below)
  4. Click on DOWN ARROW symbol
  5. Select ADD BY URL
  6. Enter this url: https://www.google.com/calendar/ical/hv7vka8gr530a2n05jlvm6tap0%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics
  7. Select ADD CALENDAR
  8. A new calendar is added called GRADUATE SEMESTER SCHEDULE. It will have all events/deadlines
  9. You can now view the upcoming events/deadlines from the web or from your smartphone (in google calendars)
